Equation needs an empathetic and sensitive Helpline Project Worker to work as part of our Domestic Abuse Support Service for Men team. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about domestic abuse support and prevention. You will be providing timely support and immediate safety planning to male survivors, professionals and 3rd party callers on the Helpline services and when initially referred into service.
The successful candidate will be joining the charity during an exciting period of growth and will be able to play a role in shaping the future direction of Service provision to male survivors.
Working hours: 21 hrs per week
Working terms: Fixed term until end March 2021
Salary: Equation Scale 5, Point 22: £20,253 pro rata, (per annum based on WTE).
