Equation is looking for Healthy Relationship Educators to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role you will be delivering targeted projects to small groups of young people in schools and other settings across Nottingham City and the wider county.

About the role
Equation run two targeted intervention projects with small groups of selected young people (Choices & Know More). Our targeted projects allow young people at risk of either experiencing domestic and sexual abuse or of using harmful behaviours in their own relationships to receive tailored interventions in small groups.
The amount of schools’ work can vary throughout the academic year. However, there would be an expectation that successful candidates could offer at least 1 day per week to deliver the school projects.
Due to the nature of the projects, a commitment to safeguarding children & young people is vital for these roles and this must be evident in application. Equation follows strict safer recruitment guidelines, and all candidates will be subject to DBS and reference checks prior to appointment.
