The Training Co-ordinator will join the existing team of Training Manager, Training Administrator and two training Project Workers, as well as a team of freelance trainers. The Co-ordinator will work with the Training Manager to ensure that Equation’s training provision continues to deliver excellent, relevant, and efficient training programmes. The Co-ordinator will support on all areas of Equation’s Training but with specific focus in year one on the co-ordination of an exciting new funded training project to develop and co-ordinate delivery of briefings, seminars and learning opportunities as part of the Nottinghamshire Staff Support Hub for the Nottinghamshire Healthcare Foundation Trust.
Working hours: 25-30 hours per week.
Salary: £25,140 per year pro-rata
Contract Type: Fixed-term Contract 18 months – possible extension subject to funding
Flexible working arrangements: some home and office working arrangements available.
