Domestic Violence and Abuse in Same Sex Relationships – Notts County

If it is possible you will be impacted by this content please bear this in mind before booking and if appropriate consider self care strategies that might be helpful following the session.
This free training is for practitioners/workers working with clients in Nottinghamshire County (excluding Nottingham City) and will provide delegates with information on:
- Domestic abuse in same sex relationships: exploration of types of abuse and impact
- Additional barriers and complexities that workers need to consider when working with people in same sex relationships
- Additional considerations for support
- Referral pathways and signposting
Prerequisites. Previous attendance on Equation’s Understanding and Responding to Domestic Violence and Abuse (URDVA) training will enhance delegates’ understanding on this course, but it is not compulsory.
