Brought to you by local domestic abuse charity, Equation, make more of International Women’s Day 2020 at this festival of events.

Equalizing the gender imbalance in modern-day entertainment for International Women’s Day, this festival will ramp female representation goals up from 50/50 to 100%. Expect festivities aplenty including film, cabaret, live music, games and club nights, all with women at the helm.

All genders are welcome.

Wednesday 4 March – Join us for a series of fem-powered short-films screening at the Berliner in Beeston, brought to you by Reel Equality Film Club in collaboration with Beeston Film Club.

Thursday 5 March – We bring you an evening of world-class comedy, music and cabaret. All women of course. In association with The Party Somewhere Else, expect an evening of unforgettable entertainment at Alea Casino with feminist cocktails, glitter stations and lots more…

Saturday 6 March – Join us at Rough Trade for more than just a club night, expect live music from the very best female musicians has to offer, feminist party games and DJs.
