• This session enables delegates to consider the journey of a person living with and surviving domestic abuse.  It provides an opportunity to reflect on working practice and organisational response to survivors and identify ways to respond to challenges.


• The session also explores how survivors might respond to abuse and the impact it may have on their interaction with the people around them including organisations and workers.


• Please be aware this session includes images and audio/ video content of the experiences of survivors.


• This session is  a compliment to the URDVA and delegates should also, where possible, attend the full days URDVA training to explore referral processes and good practice for responding to survivors.
