Reflective Practice workshop:

The workshop will look at a range of reflective practice theories and practical techniques that can be used individually and in groups to encourage and promote meaningful change. There will be an emphasis on how reflective practice can be embedded within teams to support organisational and systems change.

Aims:

• To promote reflective practice, both individually and collectively


• To support the planning and use of reflective practice in your work


• To formulate ways to embed reflective practice within teams

This session will explain reflective practice and how it can be used to assist with effective response to domestic abuse.
