Equation is looking to recruit a team of freelance facilitators to deliver Project CARA (Cautioning against Adult Relationship Abuse) Workshops in Nottinghamshire.
We’re looking for people with previous experience of working with domestic abuse perpetrators/offenders and/or victims. Our freelance facilitator role is ideal for applicants with experience of facilitating domestic abuse perpetrator/offender group work or alike.
About Project CARA
Project CARA is an early ‘awareness raising’ intervention targeting domestic abuse offenders who have received a Caution from the Police. Offenders will attend two workshops designed to help them understand what domestic abuse is, its impact and consequences.
About the role
Equation will receive referrals from Nottinghamshire Police and deliver the workshops, or telephone intervention sessions, mainly on a Saturday.
Essential training and support on how to deliver the workshops and telephone sessions will be provided.

Salary:
£20 per hour for workshop/telephone intervention session delivery
£12.50 per hour for induction, training and service review meetings
Hours:
Variable on a self-employed basis and as per Service Level Agreements
