We’re really pleased to introduce you to a new member of the Equation team. Meet Vanessa.
As a previous Assistant Manager for Framework Housing Association, Vanessa brings almost 10 years experience of working with children and young people as a support worker to young people in social care and also to teenage parents.
Vanessa says
“I have a huge passion to work with young people and my experiences have covered many areas such as safeguarding, domestic violence, mental health, drug and substance misuse, and young offending. I want to take all the above and target my passion to specifically work around domestic abuse and safeguarding”.
