Prevention, support and lasting change

Everything we do to end domestic abuse for good

Domestic abuse is a solvable problem, and we tackle it from every angle. We support Male and LGBTQ+ survivors, teach young people about healthy relationships, and work with people who use abusive behaviour to help them change. Together with partners across Nottinghamshire, we’re building a future free from abuse.

Creating lasting impact across Nottinghamshire

We don’t guess what works — we know, because we’ve seen it. Our approach is built on years of frontline experience and independent evaluation, not assumption. Every programme is designed with survivor safety first. That’s why our work reaches thousands of people across Nottinghamshire each year, and why it keeps changing lives.

  • 28,917 children and young people reached 2025-26.
  • 1,005 school staff trained through our Twilight programme 2025-26.
  • 3,652 professionals and delegates trained 2025-26.
  • 82% of Survivors felt safer after using our services 2025-26.
  • 91% of Survivors felt more confident after using our services 2025-26.
  • 90% of Your Choice Project completers had no further police-reported domestic abuse offences within 6 months 2025-26.

Working together to build safer communities across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire

Safer communities don’t happen by chance. We work with young people to build healthy relationships, support survivors, and train professionals to respond with confidence. Every strand of our work reinforces the next—prevention, support, and accountability —working together across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire to make lasting change.

Why do you work with perpetrators as well as survivors?
